Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and delivering positive outcomes. You will be the face of our organization, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

• Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
• Upsell products or services as needed
• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Experience with data entry and record-keeping
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
