Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and update records.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications

Home Setup Requirements
To ensure a seamless work experience, you'll need to meet the following home setup requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.
- A hardwired high-speed internet connection (no wireless or 5G internet packages).
- A webcam for video presence during training and production.
- A computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before equipment is shipped.
- A cell phone is not permitted during training.
