Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay from $25 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
