Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to insurance customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize arenaflex's cutting-edge technology and systems to navigate customer information and resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Essential Qualifications:
* Must reside in Florida.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Open availability during operating hours is a must.
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Home Setup Requirements:
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ 5G internet packages can be used.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
