Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring that customers receive consistent and high-quality service
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and increase revenue
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
