Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer care to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and compliant manner
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and other key performance indicators
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer feedback and complaint resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
