Job Summary

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive personalized support and guidance throughout their enrollment process. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills, friendly personality, and willingness to learn will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and preferences

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask with ease

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location

This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, you'll be required to be available during regular business hours and be able to communicate effectively with our team and clients.
