Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls, chats, and emails. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy will be essential in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of customer calls, chats, and emails, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on appointments, maintenance plans, and payments
  • Enter and maintain customer data within our system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Process maintenance agreements and invoice payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Cross-train to assist in supporting other office functions, such as administrative tasks and data entry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

What You Must Have

* Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  • Computer proficiency, with experience in CRM systems and data entry software
  • Urgency in handling each call, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Excellent customer service skills, with empathy and a customer-centric approach
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Familiarity with the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry (highly preferred)
  • Service Titan Experience (highly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., customer service certification, sales certification)
  • Experience with CRM systems, data entry software, and other customer service tools

Schedule

* Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs)
