The Role

As a Senior UX Designer on our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, developers, and researchers, to gather insights, develop concepts, and test prototypes. Your expertise in UX design will help us create seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute innovative design solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, develop concepts, and test prototypes
• Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to effectively communicate detailed interaction behaviors
• Assess and optimize the effectiveness of new and existing features through usability testing, user research, and analytics
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions

Qualifications

* 8+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in UX design

• Experience acquiring user data through usability studies, user research, and creating personas and journey maps
• Experience with hands-on visual design, including tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar
• Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows and customer-facing retail products
• Strong understanding of best practices for Product and Experience Design, including User Interfaces, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes

• Experience with UX design of complex workflows
• Experience designing customer-facing retail products

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600 per year in our highest geographic market.
