Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services as needed to meet customer needs and increase revenue
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a high level of service

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
