Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling ADP customer service and technical support product-related inquiries via phone, chat, and email in multiple languages.
- Asking probing questions and using critical thinking to determine next steps with empathy and patience.
- Clearly documenting the caller's inquiry, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolution/next steps (including routing to the proper queue).
- Following proper and professional escalation procedures.

- Ability to Type Quickly and Accurately: You should be able to type at a high speed and accuracy to handle the demands of this role.
- Ability to Handle High Chat and Call Volumes: You should be able to multitask and handle a high volume of chats and calls with ease.
- Strong Customer Service and De-escalation Skills: You should be able to provide excellent customer service and de-escalate conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Strong Attention to Detail: You should be able to pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: You should be able to think critically and analytically to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to Navigate Multiple Windows and Applications: You should be able to navigate multiple windows and applications to provide accurate information to end-users.
- Ability to Work Flexible Shifts: You should be able to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
- Prior CRM Experience: You should have prior experience with CRM software and systems.

- Pass All Assessments, Background, and Drug Screening: You must pass all assessments, background, and drug screening to ensure you meet our safety and security standards.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
- Ability to Communicate through Verbal and Written English and Quebecois Fluently: You must be able to communicate through verbal and written English and Quebecois fluently to meet the language requirements of this role.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be held to the following metrics:
