Job Summary

As an Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for matching client needs to products and services, providing expert guidance and support, and fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Match client needs to products and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, making recommendations to clients and customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including sales, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic personality, with a strong customer-centric focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

* Experience in the education or healthcare industry

  • Knowledge of products and services offered by arenaflex
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales or business development
