Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell our products and services. You'll work closely with our sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services: Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition, ensuring that you're consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Support: Assist customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and report on performance regularly to management to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to help develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients' requirements to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
* Must be a U.S. citizen
- High school diploma required
- Positive attitude and strong communicational skills
- Willingness to be coached
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships

- Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
