• Collaborating with a team of mentors for daily training and mentoring calls
• Utilizing our real-time leads and customized mailing leads to connect with potential clients
• Building relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
• Meeting sales targets and achieving success in a 100% commission role
