What You'll Do

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Being the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can trust through phone, email, and chat

  • Educating clients on products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling based on value
  • Troubleshooting issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset

Requirements

While experience in customer service or sales is helpful, it's not required. What's more important is your ability to learn and use CRM systems, chat tools, and email platforms. You'll also need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, and a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace if working remotely.
