Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the face of our company, and your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of the team
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns

- Must reside in California
