Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused approach
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's standards
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service and support
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
