Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Up-sell if needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
