Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Garland, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Perks

* Competitive hourly rate: $25-$29 per hour
