Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client feedback to inform product improvements, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients.
- Create and update knowledge base articles for client self-service, providing easy access to information and resources.
- Manage support tickets, prioritizing tasks and working autonomously to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify growth opportunities to drive client success and retention, collaborating with the team to implement strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
* Proven customer-facing experience, ideally in software or technology, with a strong understanding of the hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a hybrid or remote environment.

* An initial base salary of $50,000 - $55,000, with an OTE of $60,000 - $65,000 in the first year.
