Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and guidance. You'll be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding client expectations.

  • Train clients on platform use and provide strategic advice to grow their business, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Analyze client feedback to inform product improvements, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles for client self-service, providing easy access to information and resources.
  • Manage support tickets, prioritizing tasks and working autonomously to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify growth opportunities to drive client success and retention, collaborating with the team to implement strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay proactive in providing creative, tech-driven solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

* Proven customer-facing experience, ideally in software or technology, with a strong understanding of the hospitality sector.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities, driving revenue growth and client success.
  • Tech-savvy, with a knack for creative and proactive problem-solving, leveraging technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Previous experience in managing client inquiries from initiation to resolution is advantageous, but not essential.

Rewards

* An initial base salary of $50,000 - $55,000, with an OTE of $60,000 - $65,000 in the first year.
