Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a passion for delivering legendary service.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
