Job Summary

As a Customer Communications Representative, you'll be the front line for our clients, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You'll help patrons with account updates, payments, and application processing, while also researching and resolving disputes and billing adjustments. Your attention to detail and professionalism will ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely support, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the front line for MA customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Help patrons with account updates, payments, and application processing
  • Research and resolve disputes and billing adjustments
  • Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records
  • Assist with expired credit cards, replenishment options, balance updates, and more
  • Follow structured daily schedules with attention to punctuality and professionalism
  • Support weekend coverage 1–2 Saturdays per month (9AM–1PM) with time off during the week
  • Participate in quality assurance activities like call monitoring and reporting

What You Bring to the Table

* High School Diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)

  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, NY (10-14 weeks)
  • A professional, positive attitude—especially when assisting customers
  • Ability to adhere to a structured schedule and stay focused in a remote environment after training

Training Details

* Paid training for approximately 10-14 weeks in our Auburn, NY office

  • After successful completion, you'll work from home

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)

  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, NY (10-14 weeks)

* Previous customer service experience

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
