Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating product and solutions expertise, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional experiences

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
