Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Upsell products and services as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer service software and technology
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
