Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering systems. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales growth
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
