Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of software applications and technology
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Experience in a remote work environment
