Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Portuguese or Spanish Speaking, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, leveraging your language skills to build strong relationships and resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
- Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish required; proficiency in additional languages a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools a plus
