Job Description

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for meeting with clients who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits. Your role will involve consulting with the family, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their family's needs. To succeed in this position, you must be a great communicator, ambitious, motivated, and organized. You should think like an entrepreneur and be committed to being a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer

  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Familiarity with supplemental benefits and their applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
