Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide expert solutions and recommendations, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
