Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team in a mostly remote role. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring prescription coverage for patients by handling inbound faxes and phone calls. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced call center environment and make a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
  • Ensuring all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
  • Following up with providers to obtain missing details
  • Accurately inputting data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handling approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
  • Must be a resident of Massachusetts
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a healthcare setting or related industry

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and prescription coverage processes
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
