Job Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch service to Maryland consumers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
  • Utilizing the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver exceptional service
  • Providing crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

* Competitive pay: $16.63 per hour

  • Comprehensive 3-week training program from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST
  • Flexible availability between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST

  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy: Must have your own computer
  • Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
