Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Work Environment

* Our Texas Branch is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261

  • On-site position with a variety of shifts available, including evenings and weekends
