Job Description
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems
- Online focus groups: Participating in online focus groups and providing feedback on products and services
- Product testing: Testing and providing feedback on new products and services
- Research trials: Participating in research trials and providing feedback on new products and services
- Micro tasks: Completing small tasks and projects as assigned by our team
Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Participate in online focus groups and provide feedback on products and services
- Test and provide feedback on new products and services
- Participate in research trials and provide feedback on new products and services
- Complete small tasks and projects as assigned by our team
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Communicate effectively with our team and clients
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Able to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills: able to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Experience with online focus groups and product testing
- Experience with research trials and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
