Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our online systems, using a variety of tools and software.
• Research participation: Participating in online focus groups, product testing, and other research studies, providing valuable feedback and insights to our clients.
• Customer service: Providing excellent customer service to our clients and participants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with our team members and clients, using a variety of channels, including email, phone, and online platforms.
• Organization: Maintaining accurate records and files, using Microsoft Word and Excel to stay organized and on top of tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted.
• Current USA resident: You must be a resident of the United States to participate in our research studies.
• Language skills: English and Spanish language skills are a plus, as more opportunities are available to bilingual participants.
• Focus and follow-through: You'll need to be able to focus and follow through on tasks, even when working independently.
• Computer and internet access: You'll need a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection to participate in our research studies.
• Microsoft Word and Excel: While not mandatory, experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful for keeping yourself organized.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Data entry skills: You should be able to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support: These backgrounds are helpful but not mandatory.
• Laptop and webcam: You may be asked to use your webcam for certain studies, which typically pay more.

Pay and Benefits

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, with the potential to earn up to 250 hours per single research study session. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
