Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data entry: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, using your computer or mobile device.
  • Research participation: You'll have the opportunity to participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials, providing valuable feedback to our clients.
  • Micro tasks: You'll complete a range of micro tasks, such as surveys, polls, and other research-related activities.
  • Communication: You'll be in regular contact with our team, providing updates and feedback on your progress.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems

  • Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
  • Complete micro tasks, such as surveys, polls, and other research-related activities
  • Communicate regularly with our team, providing updates and feedback on your progress
  • Meet deadlines and work independently, with minimal supervision

Requirements:

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Speak, read, and understand English/Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
  • Able to focus and follow through
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support

  • Data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type at least 25 words per minute
  • Experience with web-based applications and online research tools

Pay and Benefits:

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
