Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assess customers' needs and provide accurate information, troubleshooting, or solutions to resolve their issues efficiently.
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our support.
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in using software applications and tools.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions.
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA.
