Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
- Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to offer solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive experience
Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused approach to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
