Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Haslet, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their inquiries and concerns, and provide them with expert advice on our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
