Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Pricing Operations, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Researching competitor pricing and products via websites and direct outreach to stay informed about market trends and developments
• Analyzing and updating price sheets, filtering out outdated or discontinued items to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems, including warehouse systems, to ensure seamless data management
• Downloading and managing data using Microsoft Excel, with a focus on VLOOKUPs and data analysis
• Ensuring product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards to maintain compliance and accuracy
• Communicating clearly and professionally via phone and email with remote teams and customers to provide exceptional customer service
• Supporting general administrative tasks related to pricing operations, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
