Job Summary

As an Admin 1 - Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering data into computer programs, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries to assist with analysis. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs, adhering to established procedures and guidelines

  • Produce and maintain data reports, highlighting inconsistencies or issues that require management attention
  • Perform database queries to assist with analysis, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reliable
  • Undertake special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project
  • Perform audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
  • Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management
  • Provide assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to all parties and faxing decision letters
  • Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
  • Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information
  • Determine if work assignments need supervisor intervention
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years

Home Office Requirements

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)

  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power source
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US

Pay Transparency

arenaflex compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value analysis, including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of our total compensation package, which includes short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value, but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
