Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Entering data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Conducting research studies and online focus groups
- Participating in product testing and research trials
- Working on a variety of projects, including data entry, research studies, and online focus groups
- Communicating with clients and colleagues via email and phone
- Meeting deadlines and working independently
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a variety of projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus)
- Current USA resident
- Education varies by study - all education levels accepted
Preferred Qualifications:
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
- Data entry skills and experience with typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to use a webcam and smartphone for research studies
- Experience with online research studies and focus groups
Pay and Benefits:
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
