Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and informative responses to client inquiries, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, including those related to product information, troubleshooting, and account management
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including metrics related to first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a secure and compliant manner
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients as needed
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely issue resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide seamless customer experiences
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
- Must reside in California
