Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, following instructions, and communicating with our team members as needed. This is a part-time, remote position that allows you to work from home and choose your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system

  • Follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned
  • Communicate with our team members via email, phone, or video conferencing
  • Participate in online studies, focus groups, and product testing
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as more opportunities are available)
  • Able to focus and follow through on tasks
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory

What You Need to Get Started:

* Laptop or mobile device with webcam (for video conferencing)

  • Stable internet connection
  • Data entry skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

Pay Information:

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
