Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks and micro-tasks from the comfort of your own home. You'll need to have a reliable internet connection and a mobile device or computer, and be able to focus and follow through on tasks. You'll also need to be able to read, write, and type at a minimum of 25 words per minute.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete a variety of tasks and micro-tasks from home, including data entry, online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Use your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and participate in studies
- Follow instructions and take direction from arenaflex team members
- Meet deadlines and complete tasks on time
- Participate in online studies and focus groups, using your webcam and smartphone as needed
- Develop and maintain a high level of data entry skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Requirements
* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available to you)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable internet connection and a mobile device or computer
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, including typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to use a webcam and smartphone for online studies and focus groups
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
