Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong customer service skills and a personal drive to serve others with compassion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information

Home Setup Requirements
As a remote customer service representative, you'll need to meet the following home setup requirements:
- Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless or 5G internet packages can be used
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training
