Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a remote work environment. This role requires a strong customer service aptitude, reliability, critical thinking, and a personal drive to serve others with compassion. You'll be working in a quiet, distraction-free space, with a webcam video presence required during training and production. You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the necessary equipment.

What We're Looking For
* Must reside in Mississippi (Remote)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Open availability during operating hours a must!
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential
- If you reside within 50 miles of our on-site locations, you will be offered an onsite role

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless / No 5G internet packages can be used
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment
