What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers, resolving issues, and answering general questions
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions that meet customers' needs
  • Building strong relationships with customers through active listening and empathy
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on one call resolution
  • Learning new concepts quickly and efficiently, and applying those learnings in real-time

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathetically
  • A desire to engage and listen to customers, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • Windows 10/11 operating system
  • 2-core CPU @ 2.00GHz (base clock speed, not turbo/"up to" frequency)
  • 8GB RAM
  • 5GB hard drive free space
  • Internet speeds of 20 Mbps down/10 Mbps up (with an Ethernet cable connection to your modem or router)
  • Webcam
  • USB headset
  • Second monitor
