Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity, you will be responsible for:

  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Handling incoming customer service calls and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and completing applications for insurance products
  • Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
