Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer service calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
