Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Research Participant, you'll play a vital role in helping us gather valuable insights and feedback from our community. You'll work on a variety of projects, including data entry, online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials to provide valuable feedback and insights
- Complete data entry tasks, including reading, writing, and typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Use your webcam and mobile device to conduct studies and participate in video conferencing sessions
- Follow instructions and take direction from study moderators and researchers
- Maintain a stable internet connection and ensure your device meets the necessary technical requirements
- Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and manage your tasks effectively
- Participate in a variety of studies, including those that require customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support backgrounds
Requirements
* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and instructions
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills and experience with typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute

Pay and Benefits
